ZDclock is so much more than simply
an alarm clock. It is also a fantastic
personal organiser, doubling as a
calendar for numerous events and
occassions, allowing you to relax and
take it easy knowing that everything
you need to remember is taken care
of. Never again do you need to hold
your head in shame when you forget
your wife's birthday. No more
takeaways that add to your waistline
when you burn the dinner. Almost
every instance where time is of an
essence is neatly taken care of with
ZDclock.
Features:
Wake up
Wake up is the standard alarm
feature on ZDclock. To set an alarm
tap '+ Add new'. Alarm clock can be
set to repeat Monday to Friday, every
day, never or you can cutomise. Every
alarm that you set can be customized
with a ringtone of your choice. Tap
'Settings' to choose vibrate,
crescendo (increasing alarm), ring
duration and set alarm to ignore
silent mode (will still go off when
phone is set to silent). Option to
select snooze from 5 mins to 1 hr.
Also add remarks if you wish. Simply
sace settings by tapping save at
bottom of screen.
Amongst other alarms that can be set
are
:
Anniversary - No excuse to forget
that important date
Birthday - option to remind you days
beforehand. Can be set to 'every
year'.
Bank loans - Don't see red, stay in the
black with this payment reminder.
Credit cards - Pay credit before that
ghastly interest gets added.
Utilities - Set up a weekly alarm to
help you balance your essential
incomings and outgoings.
Conference - Keep work organised.
Don't get unexpected / forgotten
conference calls ever again.
Party - Use party alarm as you little
black book. May help you to never
double-book again.
Medicine
Medicine is a useful addition,
reminding you up to 4 times a day to
take those vital pills that you often
forget at your peril. Add medicine
name or special instruction (eg. take
with food) in 'Remarks' section.
Medicine sets a daily alarm as default.
Countdown
A cool timer feature is also included in
ZDclock, more accurate than lemon
timer that sits on my kitchen
worktop, or my inbuilt oven timer,
that more often than not fails to
work!
Shifts Clock
Rotating shifts is an alarm option
shift workers won't want to be
without. Do you work alternating 4
nights, 4 days for example? Set this
alarm according to your shift pattern
and days off. You will never get
confused because of sheer tiredness
again.
