Send an SMS for FREE from your mobile device to other members exactly as you are used to. - The SMS is sent over the internet :
- If you have a data package or are connected to WiFi, the SMS will be sent for free.
- If you don't have a data package you will pay approximately 1/4 cents for surfing.
- The application continuously runs in the background and consumes very little battery power, as opposed to other IM, SIP or Voip application.
- Even if the SMS destination does not have AirMeUp the recipient will be able to reply for free using a "reply" link attached to your SMS. (This can be controlled from your AirMeUp application settings)
